The Mobile Training Center (MTC), powered by Guardiaris, is the first fully mobile, self-contained solution for tactical small-arms and anti-tank weapons training, available for field deployment anywhere in the world. By bringing the training facility directly to the trainee, it unlocks unparalleled training capabilities and enhances troop mission readiness — at the press of a button.

Integrated with Guardiaris’ SAMT™ trainer, the MTC delivers a unified platform for individual and squad marksmanship and complex tactical training—covering everything from small arms to anti-tank weapons in one deployable solution.

Relocation is fast, efficient and straightforward. Each unit is ready in under 30 minutes and can be set-up by one person.

Technical

The MTC is towed by a standard truck and needs no fixed infrastructure. With its own generator, it operates independently in any environment.

Haptic feedback

Inside, trainees use a high-fidelity LED wall spanning their full field of view, combined with a vibrating sound floor and 5.1 surround sound—creating immersive, high-stress conditions that closely mirror real operations.

Expandable

In transport mode the trailer fits standard logistics requirements. When deployed, hydraulic expansion doubles the interior space — creating a fully equipped training environment.

Training Area

The Expandable Trailer is equipped with a state-of-the-art LED wall and a haptic sound floor that enhances realism through physical feedback. GUARD Rail reactive covers rise and retract in sync with virtual obstacles, adding a tangible, physical dimension to the simulation that deepens immersion and improves training effectiveness.

Integrated Armory Cabinet

The MTC includes a dedicated armory cabinet for secure storage, organisation, and rapid deployment of training equipment. Located near the entrance, it provides structured space for weapon replicas, SAS modules, and mission-specific gear—allowing trainees to gear up efficiently before entering the training area.

Ater Action Review

The AAR enables fast collection, filtering, and aggregation of training data for detailed post-training analysis at both individual and squad levels. It captures each trainee’s first-person perspective, including weapon handling and all actions during exercises, with data instantly available for analysis and personalized training improvements.

An integrated automatic levelling system ensures the trailer is quickly stabilised during deployment, providing a level floor and maintaining structural integrity even on challenging terrain.

Can multiple MTC units train together in the same scenario?Yes. The MTC is fully integrated within the GUARD® joint synthetic environment, allowing multiple units to participate in large-scale training scenarios within the same virtual environment — regardless of their physical location. This extends to other Guardiaris simulators as well, including vehicle, mortar, forward observer, anti-armour, and anti-aircraft systems, enabling complex combined-arms training constellations.

Yes. The GUARD® system can accurately simulate terrain from any location worldwide, overlaying satellite imagery from multiple sources onto the generated landscape and aligning it with real-world surface texture. This enables troops to rehearse mission-specific scenarios on a digital twin of the exact terrain they will operate on.
